Wood Pellet Production Plant

Doycommerce Ltd. together with several partners(wood processing and furniture companies) is developing a project for constructing a Pelletizing Facility for wood pellets, processing sawdust and wood chips and peelings.

The Pellet Plant will maintain all the processes (drying, grinding, conditioning, pelletizing, cooling, bagging) necessary for the production of end-product wood pellets (bagged and in bulk) from raw material (sawdust, wood chips and wood waste).

Annual production of wood pellets (DIN Plus standard) is estimated to reach 15 000 tons.

Our development pace over the next five years includes opening of 2 plants for production of biofuels. Our first plant which will produce pellets opened in early 2009. Production standards of the plant meets the highest demands of European customers, for example DIN and DIN+  standards. Total production capacity of the plants will reach up to 20,000 tons of finished products per year.

Also we are able to deliver the wood pellets via rail, road and sea transport to any region in Europe in accordance with Incoterms 2000.
